We make our soap in the traditional cold process method (no melt & pour here!) allowing us to use our artistic skill to make a beautiful-looking product. sustainability doesn't have to be ugly! Each soap is cured for a minimum of four weeks.
Our products are ethically sourced, cruelty free & made with palm-free oils in the same method soap has been made for hundreds of years. We make all of our products by hand in our soapery. We offer bespoke artisan luxury products but without a ridiculous price tag. We are passionate about the environment and sustainability. Our packaging is 100% recyclable & minimal.

Who Are We?
Welsh Valley Soapery is a family business set in the heart of the valleys, in historic Dowlais, Merthyr Tydfil. Inspired by the fresh air, waterfalls and nature of the Brecon Beacons our products are a real treat and are as ethical as they are indulgent.
Our beautiful products are a contemporary take on traditional soaps, solid shampoo & solid conditioner bars. We want to harness the power of nature and reflect the beauty of nature in our products. We believe that natural products are better for your health and well being.

Our Essential Oil Soaps
Our Soaps are Palm-Free. We have worked hard to find a blend that is affordable, cleansing, with the right consistency.
Our soaps are mild enough to use on the whole body and face.
We use European Rapeseed oil and a super-fat blend of nut and seed oils to make our soaps cleansing, hardy, and 100% vegan and cruelty-free

I love my hair and I just couldn't manage without a good conditioner!
At Welsh Valley Soapery, we think we've come up with a winning formula that is all natural, vegan, palm-free, plastic-free. Our conditioner bars are made using essential oils, cocoa butter, shea butter and vegetable wax.
we have a range for all hair types that will leave your hair nourished, hydrated and tangle-free. They are long lasting, at least 65 washes, depending on hair type.
They are so diverse they can be left on, for extremely dry hair or washed out depending on your type.
